Project Overview
Currently, China has entered a season prone to persistent and extreme heavy precipitation. To prepare for flood prevention and travel plans in advance and ensure safety during the flood season, the Zibo Emergency Management Bureau, under the guidance of relevant municipal leaders, has communicated with China Mobile to jointly develop an emergency dispatch and command system for emergency prevention and control, especially flood prevention command. The system aims to ensure smooth communication and timely transmission of command orders in rainy days and areas without signal coverage during extreme weather conditions.
Requirements Analysis
Across the entire city of Zibo, the Fire and Flood Prevention Command Center ensures that each working group in the city's 11 districts and counties is equipped with a combination of various models, including dual-mode walkie-talkies H11 and C50H terminals, to facilitate smooth and orderly dispatch work under various circumstances. Based on the needs of the emergency response bureau, we will leverage mobile usage and intercom services as the foundation, integrating functions such as intercom, positioning, image upload, and real-time video upload to deeply align with emergency response needs.
Technical Solution
Intercom communication is comprehensively scheduled online through multiple channels on a daily basis. In case of poor network signals, it can be combined with private network intercom, which will not be affected in any way and can achieve seamless scheduling; Real-time video feedback can be reported based on on-site conditions, and terminals of the same model can view information about other uploaded videos, facilitating interaction within the team; Taking into account the three-proofing characteristics of the terminal, it can ensure normal use of the terminal in rainy weather under adverse weather conditions.
